Roosevelt University's commitment to equity and access extends to how it manages shared resources. A closer look at printing practices across its five campuses revealed real inefficiencies: over one million pages printed annually, costly color printing, low device utilization, and green print adoption on just 14 of 110 printers.
The team proposed a hybrid model that combines behavioral change with infrastructure upgrades, designed to maximize cost and carbon reduction while scaling across all five campuses.
