Gads Hill Center relies on grant funding to sustain its education, mental health, and community programs for low-income families. Staff were managing that funding through a patchwork of manual searches, spreadsheets, and paid subscriptions, making it hard to keep a clear view of active and potential grants.

The team designed a personalized Grant Tracker website that organizes, tracks, and sorts available grants in one place — freeing staff to spend less time on internal processes and more time on Gads Hill's core mission.
