Instituto del Progreso Latino serves Latino and immigrant communities across Chicago with ESL classes, adult education, workforce training, citizenship assistance, and community support. But the sheer volume of information on its website makes it hard for visitors — especially Spanish-speaking immigrants — to quickly find what they need.
The team built an AI-powered bilingual FAQ chatbot that answers common questions, surfaces information on key services, and directs visitors to the right pages around the clock — improving access to critical resources, cutting down repetitive staff work, and making it easier for families to connect with services like legal assistance, education, and financial support.
